Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KNGDM MVMT's website and meal prep delivery services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Service Description

KNGDM MVMT provides fresh, prepared meal delivery services in the Dallas Metroplex area. Our services include:

• Weekly meal prep packages (5, 8, 10, or 15 meals)
• Custom performance fuel meals with macro tracking
• Sunday-only delivery (7AM-10AM or 2PM-5PM time blocks)
• Online ordering and account management

Ordering and Payment

Order Deadlines

• Orders must be placed by Thursday 11:59 PM for Sunday delivery
• Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the following week
• Order modifications are allowed until Thursday 11:59 PM

Payment Terms

• After submitting your order, you will receive payment instructions via email
• We accept payment via Apple Pay and Zelle
• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified
• Payment must be completed by Thursday 11:59 PM for Sunday delivery

Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including meal selections, quantities, dietary restrictions, and delivery information. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the Dallas Metroplex area. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Schedule

• All deliveries occur on Sundays
• Two delivery windows: 7AM-10AM or 2PM-5PM
• You will receive delivery notifications via email
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery or provide safe placement instructions

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during your selected delivery window and have not provided safe placement instructions, we are not responsible for food safety or quality issues. No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before Thursday 11:59 PM for a full refund
• After the Thursday deadline, orders cannot be cancelled as preparation has begun

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled before Thursday 11:59 PM deadline
• Delivery failure due to our error
• Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence

Refunds are processed manually via the original payment method (Apple Pay or Zelle). Processing time varies but typically occurs within a few business days.

Food Safety and Allergies

Food Handling

Once delivered, you are responsible for proper food storage and handling:

• Refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery
• Consume meals within the recommended timeframe (typically 5-7 days when properly refrigerated)
• Follow any specific storage and reheating instructions provided with your meals

Allergen Responsibility

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that meals are completely free from allergens. Our kitchen processes multiple ingredients, and cross-contamination is possible. If you have severe allergies, please consult with us before ordering.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KNGDM MVMT and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNGDM MVMT shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Food-related illnesses due to improper storage or handling after delivery
• Allergic reactions if allergen information was not accurately provided by you

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
